Meditation is subjective communion with God. It is calming and stilling the mind in order to become aware of the underlying presence of God, the Source, Brahman, the supreme Reality. Meditation is an essential aspect and practice of the spiritual traditions of HinduismBuddhism, TaoismMystical Christianity, andMystical Judaism.

Kriya Yoga is a powerful meditation methode to help spiritual seekers awaken and realize their oneness with God, the Source.  The ancient technique of Kriya has been practiced by Jesus and other illumined beings dating back thousands of years and was brought to the United States from India by Swami Yogananda in the early 190's.
